Apart from not being able to see well, your eyes will get slowly worse. I wear them myself but didn't want to for a year or more. I eventually gave in and I don't even notice them any more. I would strongly advise, if you think you need glasses, or a doctor has told you that you do, get them. Not wearing them can lead to headaches and worsening eye sight. It can be a safety concern. And there is also a good chance that grades will be substantially poorer then if the glasses were worn.

Do you have to wear glasses all the time because you are farsighted?

No. It makes no difference how little or how often you wear your eye glasses. Wearing them all the time will not improve your unassisted eyesight, and not wearing them at all will not deteriorate your eyesight. You should wear them when you need them (for instance, driving a car, or maybe certain work or school related activities). This should be your choice.
