There is no such thing as a "lotus flower bomb". The song is referring to the virtues associated with the lotus flower (especially in Asian classical literature). The lotus flower symbolizes beauty, perfection, purity, grace and elegance and frequently appears in songs and poetry to depict the perfect ideal of the female character.

In the beginning of the song, Wale sings, "I want to enjoy... not knowing each other for real, hold up". So, he is saying that the woman he's singing about has the above mentioned qualities of the lotus flower, and that's a "threat" to his lackadaisical attitude toward relationships. He is saying that he is interested in actually getting to know this woman, and not just having a fling.
