What is unmitigated gall?

I know someone who was recently diagnosed as having unmitigated gall. She contracted it while on the phone with a crabby old woman, which seems to have brought on the condition. Other possible factors included cats, money, and an even worse malady that's very hard to rid yourself of... Vicki-itis. So far the unmitigated gall only seems to have caused mild headaches, perpetual work weeks, and occasional outbursts-- as might be expected from someone with tourette syndrome. We expect she will make a full recovery, but are worried about the possibility of reexposure to the infectious source.

What does it mean if you throw up and see blood in it?

There are many causes of this sick malady, including indigestion- a psychological aversion to food ( sometimes called Chuck Horrors) and, oddly- acute alcholism which can play havoc with the lining of the stomach- causing digestive problems to say the least.
