Not sure if antherosclerosis is a correct term or not, because many websites used this term and described ATHEROSCLEROSIS, but Medline Plus medical dictionary did not have that term, but either way atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries, is a condition in which fatty materials collect along the walls of arteries. This fatty material thickens, hardens (forms calcium deposits) and may eventually block the arteries.

Update: Antherosclerosis could not be found in the newest edition of the medical dictionary here at college, nor was it in a medical spelling helper, so I am pretty sure it isn't a correct term.
