Bacteria are not made of micro organisms or viruses, bacteria ARE a type of micro organism, but they are in fact a living entity in it's own right, they multiply to form colonies, that's when you start to get symptoms when you have a bacterial infection because there are too many bacteria in you blood stream for the body to effectively fight off, viruses are not in the same category as bacteria.
