Definitely, the goldfish. There's not a lot you have to do to take care of them. And, they are widely available. All you really have to do is feed it goldfish flakes daily and change out the water I the tank regularly.
Assuming that you are referring to neon tetras, there are several brands of commercial "Tetra Flakes" that can be bought at nearly every pet store. I believe that there is also a pellet version of "Tetra Flakes".
