Starting by Glycolysis, There is phosphorylation of a sugar where energy from ATP is released to make sugar more reactive, means energy is converted from ATP to glucose, there is 2ATP invested and at the end of glycolysis we get 4 ATP, where energy converted from glycolysis intermediate to ADP to form ATP. so the net of energy is 2 ATP. and 2 NADH.

During acetyl Co A formation, 2NADH are formed from 2NAD+

During Citric cycle, 2ATP are formed from 2ADP+2Pi , 2NADH from 2NAD+, and 2FADH2 from FAD+
