The purpose of a cell wall is that the wall surrounds the cell membrane to protect them from viruses and to keep other organelles inside the cell or if needed to get dead organelles out of the cell .

A EASIER WAY TO SAY IT:

The purpose of the cell wall is the wall protects the cell membrane from viruses.

It is around the cell membrane

What is prokargote?

Do you mean a prokaryote? A prokaryote is a cell that dos not have a true, membrane bound nucleaus but instead has genetic material and ribosomes floating freely in the cytoplasm. The genetic material (DNA) is organized in a ingle loop. The only type of prokaryote cell is bacteria, which are single-celled. A prokaryote has a cell wall, plasma membrane and usually cilia of flagella.

Can you give an example of a prokaryote having membranous organelles?

None. The only part of a prokaryote with a phospholipid bilayer is from the plasma membrane, which is often covered by a cell wall.
