Earlobes. The rest of the ear is important because it funnels sound waves into the ear but I read somewhere that you could hear just fine without earlobes and if humans continue to evolve, then they won't have earlobes because they serve no purpose. Just as a side note.... I don't think the male nipples have a true function either!!
