DNA is any part of desoxyribonucleic acid (this double helix), although many use it to describe the whole genome of a cell. In eukaryotes (animals, plants, fungi,...), the genome is segrageted into chromosomes. On a chromosome, there are lots of genes and (until now) unidentified fragments in between the genes.

No. DNA doesn't contain chromosomes. Chromosomes are DNA.

How is DNA different from the DNA found in chromosomes?

Do you mean what is the difference between DNA w/in chromosomes and DNA that is not? the DNA in chromosomes is tightly bound up (to histones) and therefore can not be accessed to be transcribed or replicated. Also this DNA may be methylated, or otherwise made inaccessible to enzymes that might act on it

What is the relationship between chromosomes and DNA molecules?

Chromosomes are complete molecules of DNA and its attached proteins. A chromosome carries part or all of an organisms genes.
