Reproduction
An organism is an individual living thing, while a species is a group of organisms that can interbreed to produce fertile offspring. All organisms belong to a species, but a species can consist of many individual organisms.
The life function that is more essnetial to the species is reproduction. Creating the largest number of offspring weather they live or die. The theory depends on ecology and principles of evolutionary biology which is used in many aspects of science.
Evolution occurs at the population level, not at the level of an individual organism or a species. Changes in gene frequencies within a population over time drive the process of evolution.
Reproduction is essential for the survival of a species because it allows for the continuation and diversity of genetic material, increasing the chances of adaptation to changing environments. However, individual organisms can survive and fulfill their life cycle without reproducing as long as they can consume food, grow, and avoid hazards.
A vestigial is an organ that serves no useful function in an organism.
Reproduction. An individual organism does not have to reproduce in order to survive but if the organisms did not produce then the species would die out after just a single generation.
An individual organism is one single organism of a species.
Species (under the Biological Species Concept).
An organism is an individual living thing, while a species is a group of organisms that can interbreed to produce fertile offspring. All organisms belong to a species, but a species can consist of many individual organisms.

I would say metamorphosis because not all species go through it. Metamorphosis is the process when a young organism that looks nothing like the adult, becomes an adult.
An individual organism is one single organism of a species.

Genus and species are specific to each individual organism, so there is no genus species for all plants.
Evolution occurs at the population level, not at the level of an individual organism or a species. Changes in gene frequencies within a population over time drive the process of evolution.
An individual is a single organism belonging to a population, which is a group of individuals of the same species living in the same area and capable of interbreeding.
