The membrane around the cytoplasm is sometimes called the cell membrane. Another name for it is the plasma membrane.
It is thought to consist of a double layer of lipids that contain phosphate groups (the phospholipid bilayer). Embedded in this layer are proteins with various functions, including transport (passive and active) of substances across the membrane, and recognition of hormones and growth factors. This concept of the cell membrane is known as the fluid mosaic model. In its essentials, it also applies to all membranes in eukaryotic cells.

the cytoplasm
The plasma membrane (cell membrane) is the structure that surrounds and encloses the cytoplasm of an animal cell, keeping its contents contained. This phospholipid bilayer selectively controls the movement of substances in and out of the cell, helping to maintain the internal environment of the cell.
The nucleus as a whole is not separated from the cytoplasm, which surrounds it. However, the contents of the nucleus (DNA and assorted proteins) is separated from the cytoplasm by the nuclear membrane (a.k.a the nuclear envelope), which is the outer portion of the nucleus.
The membrane that surrounds the cytoplasm in a cell is called the cell membrane or plasma membrane.
IT is the membrane that surrounds cytoplasm
It surrounds the cytoplasm. It is in between cell wall and cytoplasm.
a cell wall or nueclues not sure
The cell membrane surrounds the cytoplasm of a cell and defines the boundaries of the cell.
surrounds cell organelles/cytoplasm and controls what goes in and out of the cell
A cell is filled with cytoplasm that surrounds the cell nucleus. The cytoplasm is protected and kept in by the cell membrane. The cytoplasm creates chemical reactions that keep the cell alive.

cytoplasm
The cytoplasm surrounds the organelles in the plasma membrane. The cytoplasm is a gel-like substance composed of water, enzymes, salts, and various organic molecules. It fills the space inside the cell and provides a medium for chemical reactions to occur.
The nucleus of a cell is surrounded by the nuclear envelope, which is the semipermeable membrane around the nucleus. The organelle that surrounds the nucleus is the cytoplasm.
The cytoplasm is found within the cell membrane, between the all the organelles.
