It could be vitamin k, but I am not positive. Saturated fat is probably a least needed nutrient. Actually, I am wondering the same thing. I am taking a Health test right this minute as I am typing, I am not cheating, I am homeschooled and I just can't find out what nutrient it is. Also, I am trying to find out wich nutrient helps build muscle tissue because I just cannot find it in my Health book. Good luck figuring that one out! Savannah.
