Transitional epithelium is found in the urinary system, specifically lining the urinary bladder, ureters, and part of the urethra.
The strongest part of the human body, if we consider the tissues themselves, would the the enamel in our teeth. That is the one part of the body that remains even after a body is severely decayed, or burned; as anyone familiar with forensics would tell you.
Severing the tendon attached to a muscle would severely impair the muscle's ability to move the body part. Tendons are what connect muscles to bones, allowing the muscle to generate force and move the bone. Without the tendon, the muscle would not be able to effectively transmit its force to move the body part.

For the most part its biceps and triceps. but back and shoulder muscles are very important too.

Extensor muscles open a joint and are the opposite to flexor muscles, which close it. I imagine triceps are extensor, while biceps are flexor.
The part of the body where you would find grey matter is in the brain. Grey matter is responsible for muscle control and sensory perception such as sight, hearing and speech.
The triceps are the large muscles on the back of upper arms.
