The parents boy did not have money at first instance for treatment of the pimple wound but they could save his life sending him to hospital when the situation became as shown in the video. This dramatic health situation started with a simple pimple wound and all this occurred in Philippine. The wound was infested by screw maggots that eat fresh meat and blood. They are not medical maggots that are applied to clean wound eating death flesh. The screw maggots are very dangerous because they keep eating fresh flesh and keep screwing deeper. They are famous because they use to kill the host. Their life is more than 1 month and the start size is like a rice grain but after three days can reach more than 1/2 inch length. In the video we can hear a voice of lady nurse saying to apply hot water to remove the screw maggots. The usual treatment is applying chloroform with large cotton to suffocate the screw maggots. To clean that infestation was necessary three cleaning sessions. The third session was necessary because after the second one some screw maggots came out from the wound yet. To close the wound was necessary surgery to saturate it.
