Without cytoplasm, a plant cell would not be able to carry out essential cellular processes like metabolism, protein synthesis, and transport of nutrients. This would ultimately lead to the cell's inability to survive and function properly. Cytoplasm provides structure and support to plant cells, and without it, the cell would likely die.
