I think it is the nucleus
The nucleus
the iodine stains the cell, so we can see the structures better. the nucleus is darkest
Live staining is possible as is the preparation of fixed tissue.
There are many types of dyes available depending on what kind of cells are being stained. Plane cells can be stained with Iodine Bacteria can be stained with Gram's reagent Animal cells can be stained with Trypan Blue. They can also be stained with Hematoxilin and Eosin
because it is already green when you look at it so if you stain it, say with methylene blue, the color will change and you will not be able to recognize some of the structures in the cell like you would without it being stained.
do not know
the iodine stains the cell, so we can see the structures better. the nucleus is darkest
When stained with iodine and observed under a compound microscope the nucleus will stain the darkest. The cheek cell is frequently employed here as they are simple to collect and tend to take the stain easily.
Yes epithelial cells are stained
Yes, other cellular structures such as human epithelial cells can be stained intensely by iodine. However, when examining amyloplasts, you must come to that conclusion yourself. Are any cellular structures other than amyloplasts stained intensely by iodine? What can you conclude about the location of starch in storage cells of potato? Good luck and ChaCha on!

Cells tend to be rather transparent under the microscope, and staining them makes it much easier to see the internal structures.

we were able to see the different organells of the cells including cell wall ,plasma membarane, nucleous, cytoplasm mitochondria ,vacoules etc since we viewd from an electo microscope
Cells are stained then seen through microscopes.
Stained cells are easier to see while unstained cells are more difficult to notice. welcommeee:)
transparent
all colors
