A tactile (touch) sensory neuron of the toes would stretch from the toe all the way to the medulla (lowest part of the brainstem). The dendrites would extend from the toe to the lower end of the spinal cord, where its cell body would be in the dorsal root ganglion, and from there the axon continues all the way to the medulla in the brainstem. So, in a person who's 6 feet tall the cell could be over 5 feet long.
