you can get some kinda of disease, not very sure what though, iv looked and cant find out, but i do know that you could have got got SCURVY if you didnt eat enough fruits, its when you rot from the inside out, but thankfully, it does not exist anymore.:) So i think you could just get alittle sick after alittle while then get some type of disease after words :)
