the world would mean anything to anybody. the world would have murders on the loose and we would a be scared to sleep because we wouldn't no what is behind us or we would be scared to leave are house.

Erythrocytes (red blood cells) have no genetic material in them as it is full of haemoglobin (in humans).

With no DNA a cell would not be able to reproduce itself and not be able to produce protein for itself as it uses DNA as a template.

It would for a cancerous cell which over time will cause a lump eventually killing the animal/mammal. If you have a cell without DNA you might get cancer.

ADDED:

The above is not correct. Cancer has highly mutated DNA. A cell without DNA would be a lipid micelle and nothing else. ( this, of course, excepts red blood cells )

If DNA did not duplicate, cells would not be able to divide. There would be no growth and therefore no continuity of life
