You can survive without your stomach. There are three main digestive organs...the mouth, stomach and small intestines. Without the stomach, you may have to eat smaller amounts at each sitting or you may have to adjust what you put into the system, but your body can still do some basic digestion and the bulk of the absorption of the food.
Without a stomach, the body would struggle to digest food properly, leading to malnutrition and weight loss. Nutrient absorption would be greatly reduced, as the stomach is responsible for breaking down food and initiating the digestive process. Overall, not having a stomach would severely impact a person's health and quality of life.
Without mucus in your stomach, the acidic gastric juices could damage the delicate lining of your stomach, leading to ulcers or other forms of gastrointestinal irritation. Mucus acts as a protective barrier, preventing these digestive juices from harming the stomach lining.
The amount of force needed to do that is immense. First you would have to detach the bottom of your stomach to the rest of your intestines, then push it in a way that would go through your esophagus, into your mouth then out of your mouth. You would have to break many ribs, crush your heart, lungs, your spine and your jaw. In short, it's never going to happen.
Maggots would likely not survive in the harsh acidic environment of the human stomach. The stomach's acid and digestive enzymes would likely kill the maggots within a short period of time.
Without nucleic acids, a person would not be able to carry out essential cellular functions such as protein synthesis, cell division, and transmission of genetic information. This would result in severe developmental abnormalities, impaired immune response, and eventually death.

So what if people never farted? Gas Would Build Up Internally Your intestines would swell from trapped gas. You’d feel bloating, pain, and cramping. In extreme cases: severe discomfort, difficulty breathing, and even pressure on internal organs. Burping Alone Wouldn't Fix It Burping only removes gas from the upper GI tract (like swallowed air), not the intestinal gas created by bacteria. No farting = no outlet for that lower gas. Risk of Medical Complications If someone couldn’t fart or release gas in any way, over time it could lead to: Intestinal obstruction Distention of the colon A rare but serious condition called bowel perforation (a tear in the intestine) Gut Health Would Suffer Farting is a sign your gut bacteria are doing their job digesting fiber and carbs. No farts might mean: Poor digestion A disrupted microbiome Risk of nutrient absorption issues Bottom Line: Farting is normal, healthy, and necessary. It might be embarrassing, but if we didn’t do it — the consequences would be painful and dangerous.
