You need to go to a dialysis center to clean your blood. If you don't you will die because of toxin build-up in your blood. But the best thing to do is going to transplant, so that your life can go back to normal and you live longer.

∙ 12y agoWithout the function of kidneys, then substances such as urea (uric acid/wee) and excess ions and water would stay in the bloodstream + body. This would cause a lot of damage and without Dialysis or other treatment = death
