Life is basically little soap bubbles with water and enzymes floating around inside.

There is no life, as we know it, without enzymes. Enzymes impact every aspect of life like, energy production, reproduction, and everything else.

Because enzymes catalyze reactions making them occur very quickly. If no enzymes were present the reactions would take a very long time to occur. And the body needs reactions to occur rapidly inorder to survive.

No, living organisms need enzymes to break down food, break down old tissue, build up new tissue and to dispose of waste materials. The chemical reactions that take place in living organisms would be far too slow to sustain life if enzymes weren't present.

We can't live without enzymes because they help to digest food. Every cell has to have enzymes for the body to function properly.

yes enzymes lower the activation energy of the reaction. this allows the chemical reaction to occur quickly. with out the enzymes, it would take years to digest food

What happen is the body do not have enzymes?

Without enzymes, the chemical reactions in your body would occur too slow to support life processes.

Why are enzymes important in cell?

Enzymes speed up chemical reactions in a cell. without enzymes, many chemical reactions that are neccassarry for life would either take to long or not occur at all.

What would happen without enzyms?

Without enzymes your body would process more slowly.

Homeostasis is the ability of an organism to maintain a relatively stable internal environment How would an organism's homeostasis be affected if it was not able to produce enzymes?

Without the lowering of activation energy necessary reactions would not take place. Things like ATP synthesis would not take place. Complex multicellular life, not to mention unicellular life, would not exist as we know it and, perhaps, not at all.

What would happen to the human body without enzymes?

To put it simply, a person would not survive. The enzymes allow chemical reactions to occur. Without enzymes, the body would not be able to gain nutrients, flush out toxins, or exhale carbon dioxide.

Would happen if cells had no enzymes?

Enzymes are protein in cells that lower the energy of a reaction. Without enzymes, reactions would need more energy than the body can make. This would cause death of the cells.

How do enzymes allow metabolic chemical reactions to proceed more quickly?

Much faster. For example, there are enzymes that help exchange O2 (oxygen molecules) and CO2 (carbon-dioxide molecules). In your body, this happens in an instant, but without enzymes this process would take minutes. So without enzymes you would suffocate.

What is importance of proteins?

To build and repair muscles, building structures, enzymes, antibodies, repair and maintenance, and growth.Without protein synthesis, there would be no cell growth or maintenance. Without cells, there would be no life.

Why do you need enzymes in your body?

Enzymes play a crucial role in various biological reactions within the body. They act as catalysts, speeding up chemical reactions that are necessary for processes like digestion, metabolism, and energy production. Without enzymes, these reactions would proceed too slowly to sustain life. Enzymes are also involved in repairing DNA, regulating hormones, and supporting immune function.

How does enzymes help digsetion?

Digestive enzymes break down macromolecules into smaller, more soluble products of digestion. Proteases, lipases, amylase are some of these enzymes that digest particular substrates. Enzymes are catalysts, so without them, nutrients would not be digested quick enough for us to survive. They are quite literally, the difference between life and death.
