it is thrown out of the duodenum and reaches the anus immediately
The major duodenal papilla is a structure with a sphincter muscle that allows the passage of bile and enzymes from the pancreas to enter the duodenum.
Into the Duodenum
the duodenum
The bile duct.
The Ampulla of Vater..This is the duodenum where the common bile duct and the pancreatic duct empty.
The Cystic duct from the gallbladder and the Common Hepatic duct from the liver
Common bile duct
The common bile duct
the duodenum
The hepatocytes in the liver produce bile, which then flows through the left and right hepatic ducts to the common hepatic duct. Once the common hepatic duct is filled, the bile flows into the cystic duct and then into the gallbladder where it is stored. The gallbladder allows the bile to flow back into the cystic duct and then the common bile duct which empties into the duodenum.
common bile ductThe common bile duct.
Bile is made in the liver and passes through bile ducts and into the common hepatic duct which carries it out of the liver. From here, it can pass down the common bile duct into the duodenum or take a detour into the gallbladder via the cystic duct.
The bile duct.
part of the small intestine called the duodenum.
The duodenum (part of the small intestine) is where the hepatopancreatic duct (common duct from the liver and pancreas) empties both bile and enzymes from the pancreas for chemical digestion. The duodenum or small intestine.
the common bile duct
The cystic duct lies between the gallbladder and the common bile duct. Its' function is to transport bile from the gall bladder to the common bile duct.
Choledochotomy is the medical term meaning surgical incision into the common bile duct.
The Ampulla of Vater..This is the duodenum where the common bile duct and the pancreatic duct empty.
