If your shoulders are small than you are probably an hourglass, and if your shoulders are much broader than your hips you are most likely an inverted triangle or wedge. Not everyone fits perfectly into body shape categories tho - and who cares - you are unique. I doubt you need to loose weight - those are healthy measurements.
