I've started working out regularly. Recently I begin a regiment of 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4.o mph, with incline; 20 minutes on the bicycle, and Zumba classes (high energy dance class with aerobics, etc.)

I am experiencing muscle pain in my right leg. Should I supplement my diet with amino acids and if so what should I use.

I am a 54 year old healthy female.
