Deletions could be c-t-g-g-a-t or a-c-t-a-t or many other things missing a base or sequence of bases. However, in a simple deletion mutation the order of the nucleotides does not change.
All of the genes are 'shown', but the B-strands of haemoglobin differ by one amino acid at position 6 (usually gutamic acid is espressed here, but in sickle cell anaemia valine is present instead)
The embryo's development represents processes such as cell division, cell differentiation, and tissue morphogenesis, which are fundamental for creating the various cell types and structures necessary for an organism to develop properly.
In mature mRNA, there is a start codon (AUG) that instructs ribosome to begin translation. Thereafter, every 3 bases are read as a "code word" calling for a particular amino acid to enlogate the polypeptide chain or to STOP and release the polypeptide. If 1 or 2 nucleotides are deleted or inserted into this sequence, it causes the reading frame to shift. This usually results in misreading of the sequence here is an example: AUG - AGC - ACC - TAA - GGG - etc. (if we delete the first C we get....) AUG - AGA - CCT - AAG - GG ( this is obviously not going to code for the same amino acid sequence)
The section of the chromosome that carries the information for a specific characteristic is called a gene. Genes are the basic unit of heredity and encode the instructions for producing proteins that determine traits in an organism.
The biosphere represents all living things on Earth, encompassing all ecosystems where life exists. It includes a vast diversity of organisms, from bacteria to plants to animals, interacting and coexisting in a delicate balance. The biosphere plays a crucial role in maintaining the planet's conditions suitable for life as we know it.
There's no thermometer shown here.
Type your answer here... IDK. I dvr'd the show and when I watched it, just as it was about to be shown, it went to another section of the show. I believe there was a technical mistake due to reruns being shown and it wasn't edited in correctly.
Converting between Arabic and Roman Numbers we get that : roman numeral value for 142 is CXLII here, C=100, XL=40 and II=2.
It isn't being shown here at the moment but if it proves to be popular then they will probably air it over here.
