Those two holes are bullet holes from when the farmer or rancher had to put the cow, which was most likely sick and dying, out of its misery.
That's how Hollywood may portray dying but I don't think that's a standard response when dying.

"Worth dying for" typically refers to something that is considered so important, noble, or valuable that a person is willing to sacrifice their life for it. It implies that the cause or belief is worth the ultimate sacrifice of death.
Without being able to assess the patient, this question cannot be fully answered. But, my initial reaction is that NO, it does not necessarily mean that they are dying.
By saying the words "I am dying".. After all we are all dying and each of us will die at some time.

In a semi-private room, it may provide for more privacy (the family of the roommate does not have to "pass by" the dying patient to get to their loved one). In a private room, I have no idea why this would be done! I have heard of opening windows to let the patient's "spirit out" (a Native American custom), but I have never heard of moving a dying patient closer to the window in a private room.

no. not at all likely since if something is dying then they are dying. whatever kind of sickness they have if the vet says they are dying then they are dying sorry.
