When you open your eyes, everything may look blue because of the way light is scattered and absorbed by the atmosphere. Blue light has a shorter wavelength and scatters more easily, making it more prominent in our field of vision.
Many of my friends do not have a blue tint in their vision after sunbathing even without wearing glasses. People like us may just be able to see ultra violet light a bit better. Only other answer I can think of is that it could just be cone damage from the UV radiation and the blue tint is your eyes way of readjusting and repairing.
When a person dies, all of their muscles relax. Since the eyelids are controlled by muscles, they will have a tendency to open after death even if the person's eyes were closed when they died. Also, if a person had their eyes open prior to death, they usually remain open.

The retention of the eyeballs is accomplished by several muscles connected to each eyeball and also to each ofthe sockets.j3h. No, the person's eyes don't fall out completely.
