All trees grow straight up. :D
i believe this is because as the tree grows upwards and outwards, the leaves that were there before die as they receive no sunlight, and are basically useless. the trees grows up and out, so produces shade over these leaves. you can see well developed trees regrowing lower leaves when they grow so tall that the very base of the tree is not covered by sahde, and shoots grow out and leaves grow too.
It affects the carbon cycle because when photosynthesis happens plant take in Carbon Dioxide and release oxygen. When the trees in the forest are cut down photosynthesis is reduced. Meaning, carbon dioxide will remain in the air that we breathe.
The bushes and small trees make up the understory of the forest
Each water molecule pulls on the lower water molecule by being hydrogen bonded, one to another molecule. So, this works somewhat as a chain, along with the other forces in play here, to move water molecules up the trunk and into the leaves of the tree.
so where theres no trees for any oxygen
they live in the desert. And never go up trees. They only go up trees to mate (have sex).
You go to a lower gear.
yes if they want to
trees have grain so that the water from the roots can go up to the top of the tree
Becomes lower and lower.
The number of rings in its lower trunk shows the tree's age.
The farther you go up, the more heavier or lighter the weather is.
Coconut crabs do not live in trees they live in borrows under trees. The reason they go up in the trees is to retrieve the coconuts up there. After the get the coconuts down they open them with their powerful claws and eat the coconut.
the higer pressure at the bottom of the chimney pushes air and smoke up the chimney
The air gets thinner. That's why if you are climbing a mountain the trees are shorter as you get to the top because they don't have as much air as the lower atmosphere.
go up to them and click a then you will be in a pokemon battel
