It's hard to answer this question without maybe knowing why you are on levothyroxine, because personally, I'm not always hungry because of it. Maybe you're using it for an under active thyroid? In this case I would imagine you'd be feeling a difference because of the drug acting to speed up your metabolism, as prior to you taking it you would have had a sluggish metabolism. (that's my best guess)
