There are many reasons
1. Our bones weigh too much. Birds have different bones, sort of hollow. If we ever did find a way to make our bones hollow, they would be very easy to break.
2. Our lungs are different. Birds have air sacs.
3. Birds have different red blood cells. Their red blood cells have nucleus. Our don't to make space for oxygen.
4. We don't have the pectoral muscles on our chest to power a pair of wings.
5. Our wings would have to be bigger than a hanglider!
6.The wings would have to be attached near your center of gravity to fly, which is your waist or midsection. And there are no bones there to attatch wings to.
7.Even if everything worked, our body would reject them. Bodies of pregnant women even try to reject babies. Imagine wings!
Hope I helped!
Because they are not birds but humans

No, as a human, you cannot grow wings naturally. Wings are specific adaptations found in birds, bats, insects, and some other animals to help them fly. Technology has enabled the creation of devices that allow humans to experience flight, but natural wing growth is not possible for us.
no, i had a moth, she got stuck in some mesh and her 2 back legs came of. the next day we found her dead. but then again, she was under a bowl, so she could have gotten squished. i dont know.
Butterflies and moths need time to allow their wings to expand and dry properly after emerging from their chrysalis or cocoon. Their wings are initially small and damp, so they need to wait for them to fully develop and harden before they can fly efficiently.
Scaled wings are wings that are made up of a epidermal membrane and are generally no more then two cells thick. The scales grow out of a small socket in the membrane. They are found on moths, skippers, and butterflies. The order they belong to, Lepidoptera, is actually Latin for "scale-wing".

Humans do not have the biological capability to grow wings naturally. The evolution and development of wings would require significant genetic and physiological changes over many generations, which is not feasible for humans.
