The Philippine Tarsier probably has big eyes, is because the adapt the changes to the environment. I think they evolved with big eyes in order to catch prey or see predators better. FYI some animals get their outer eye color because they have color pigments. Humans don't. The Philippine Tarsier outer pigment color is golden-yellowish.

Expirement. close your eyes for a good 10 seconds. Then open them and get close to a mirror when you do this. When you open your eyes, you'll notice that your pupils will get big and then really small(fast).
