It's impossible to diagnose such symptoms online, you really need to see a doctor about it. The symptoms you describe could be caused by many different conditions.
There could be a wide variety of reasons, but I wouldn't worry about it unless the symptoms persist and you need to get a medical check-up. It could be that you aren't getting enough sleep, that you are overworking, that you don't have a balanced enough diet or aren't eating enough, or that you are under psychological or emotional stress of some sort that you aren't properly recognising. If you have a pre-existing medical condition it may be a side-effect of that. Most medical conditions that result in weakness or tiredness are not down to anything serious- they can include thyroid deficiency, M.E. (which is unpleasant but by no means serious), or not having allowed yourself enough time to convalesce from an illness such as 'flu etc. Make sure that you look after your physical wellbeing and get help with any psychological issues you may be grappling with- if the symptoms persist, then get an appointment to be checked over by your health practitioner.

Well, have you been eating enough? Have you been sleeping enough? If not, that's most likely why your tired and weak and dizzy, you have to be able to eat enough to keep your body going and get enough sleep for the same reason
