Blood is the link to all body systems because every body part needs blood. Without blood going around your body you wouldn't think well, speak well, etc. You would also need blood to link to everything because if it didnt you wouldn't move that part(s).

For Example:

If you sit too long you would probably say to yourself " I have ants in my leg therefore I cant move my leg." Or if you sit too long on your hand you would say the same thing. Well, those things happen because you stopped your blood from flowing into your hand or foot

well i have learned in my 8th grade since class is that oxygen and carbon dioxide move into and out of the blood
