Simple answer, Evolution, without them early human species would have never survived.
Improved answer: simply because life on this planet was once just a clump of cells, then some became bigger and still disorganized and were called porifera(coral) then some split off and became radiata(circular symmetry) like sea anemnonies then life split again and took on bilateral symmetry(split down the middle and both sides would be identical). this is the same for all modern animals. Humans have arms because most other animals do, because the animals our predecessors evolved from all had the same ancestor which had the 1-2-5 bone limb structure(humerous-radius/unla-phalanges). and being bilateral we must have our arms as we havent evolved enough yet to be capable of leaving them behing like our tail(cocyxx bone) and our gills( we have kept one set as our eustacian canals in our ears, but we have gills as embryos)
because they are a collection of tissues just like in an organ
No, the human mouth is considered more of a cavity. The Oral Cavity.
Humans are considered to be complex organisms as the numerous organ systems present in it work simultaneously and help the human body work. The complexity of the body lies in the simultaneous working of the organ systems.
According to people the most important organ in the human body would be considered the heart but others may say the heart, lungs or the tounge. So to me this question is a debatable fact. For all people the answer to this question could be different.
what is the Comparison to the Human Arm in Form of crocadile?

Yes - it is the largest organ in the human body.
Not necessarily. Your biceps are not an organ, just muscle. Your arm isn't an organ, just a limb.
The liver is the largest internal organ. Skin is the largest external organ, however, it is considered the human's largest organ.

The largest human organ is the skin.
The largest human organ is not actually "in" a human it is "on" a human. It is your skin, called the epidermis. "Inside" your body the liver is the largest organ.
Liver is considered to be the largest organ.
Nope. The human heart is a muscle not an organ.
The largest organ in the human body is the skin.
