Humans seem to be made that way. We often debate the way a Baseball should be thrown or that someone wrote in an article that the way to hold a gun when shooting is THIS way not THAT way.

Creationism is a religious belief. It says that all life began all at once just a few thousand years ago and has not changed.

Evolution say no to that view point. Life is billions of years old and that things changed slowly over time and organisms adapt to survive in those changing environments.

These two will never agree and creationism should be seen in a religious light.

Could someone write an essay on creationism vs evolution for school?

Creationism and evolution are two contrasting beliefs about the origins of life on Earth. Creationism asserts that the universe and all living beings were created by a supernatural deity, such as the God described in religious texts. Evolution, on the other hand, is a scientific theory that explains the diversity of life through natural selection and genetic variation over millions of years. Both perspectives have their own evidence and arguments, and students should be encouraged to explore and critically evaluate both viewpoints to better understand the complexities of the debate.

What is creationism vs evolution?

This debate has been going on for a long time: Some people believe that we were made by a higher being, others believe that we evolved from primates. It depends on what your perspective (view) is.

What The work of which scientist caused controversy that still exits today?

The work of Charles Darwin, particularly his theory of evolution by natural selection, caused controversy during his time and continues to be a point of contention between proponents of evolution and those who advocate for creationism or intelligent design. When and how did the debate over theories of evolution begin?

Charles Darwin and Alfred Wallace were the first to formulate a scientific argument for the theory of evolution. In 1859 Darwin published his book On the Origin of Species. Until this was published there were other ideas. There is a competing idea, not a theory, that is creationism. This is based on theological thinking.

What is Richard Dawkins' view on Creationism?

Richard Dawkins is the Charles Simonyi Professor for the Public Understanding of Science, at Oxford University. In this position, he clearly has a sound understanding of scientific issues such as evolution and the creation of the universe. This has led him to believe that Creationism is inherently untrue. Since his role is to advance the public understaning of Science, he has written books such as The God Delusion(Bantam Press, 2006) to explain his views.I think that Professor Dawkins sees Creationism as dependently linked to religious belief. Where he views Creationism to contend with Science, which he asserts is quite often, Dawkins prefers to focus on the inherent failure of the underlying religious belief rather than simply demonstrating the error of the Creationist belief and leaving the proponent to continue in his or her religious beliefs. The debate around creationism and evolution is more fully covered in: http://christianity.answers.com/theology/the-story-of-creation

What laws are there in Ohio regarding the teaching of evolution and creation in school?

In Ohio's Public School system, Evolution is taught in all science classes. "Creationism" is generally reserved for either private study, or a Religion Class. The State of Ohio does not have a law requiring this, but it is an understanding that a debate on creationism does not belong in a Science classroom, but rather a Theology classroom.
