The impact caused cells to explode in your body. They created scar tissue and that is whats causing the lump. Though the body does discharge this tissue over a period of time you will always have a physical deformity there. Try working out. Increase cellular growth with hand vices and then stop. Each time you stop and loose lean muscle mass you will loose some scar tissue with it. Then repeat.
