ihave pain im my hands esp when i clench my fist i have pains in my bones in my legs, hips and my muscles turn...please help i feel tired all the time and i get tired very quickly my body feels heavy at night when i wake my whole body is aching....i was told by my doctor i lack vitamin d. he has prescribed calcium and iron tabs i have been going for endless blood test but still nothing solid has been done.. i am 40yrs old please suggest how i can improve my health before its too late... i have 3 young children....
