After eating a large meal , i have to have a bowel movement and when i do it is very loose and liquid. Sometimes it is black and turns liquid. Then cramps set in and have to go 2 or 3 times until it starts to settle down after taking iamodium d. When i just eat small meales i have no problem, only when i over eat .
