It depends on which blue and which brown you use. There are a wide variety. For example if you mix ulra marine blue and burnt umber you will get black. Adding blue to a reddish brown will make the brown darker, but also more violet. Using a yellowish brown and blue will give you more of a greenish brown.
You have to experiment with the colors on your pallet to see exactly which one you get.

The color that red, yellow, and blue make, is black. Although I read in a book that red, yellow, and blue makes brown. Though that is not true. If that wasn't the color you wanted, I would try doing gray, mixing the color with red. (That would turn out to maybe brown,) If it still isn't brown, Then you are out of luck. Sorry! :(

When black and blue are mixed together they will make very dark blue. This is called a shade of blue. If you use mostly black you may not notice that there is blue in the color.
Brown
The color of your Iris which can be brown black green blue or grey.
Since green is a secondary color, mixing it with any color would make a tertiary color. But red and green are complimentary colors and therefore would make a brown-black color. So blue, green and red mixed together would make and ugly brown color that's tinted with blue.
Some shade of brown. Red & blue make purple, add green and you get brown.
