It could kill a man if it's claws accidently caught the neck of the person.

It's claws would pierce into the juglar vein causing instant death, or if it landed on your head it could cause bad head injurys.

The likelyhood of it happening is about the same as being hit by lightning though, as the size and shape of a human body would deter the Eagle, survival instinct.

They would rather go after prey smaller than itself so it can eat and usually behave in a robotic instinctive way, survival is key.

The only sure way to die would be to physically try and raid it's nest, this would be a sure fatal move, remembering that the Eagle is seeking survival over anything else.
