Probably not. A wolf might be able to, but hawks are pretty fast birds and can be quite big. By the way, to the wolf it would probably taste pretty bad because of all the hawk's hair. Anyway, there are so many nicer things for a wolf to eat. All that hard work on catching the hawk and yet it wouldn't even bring a full meal!
