Personally, speaking as a professor of Ornithology at Cambridge University, parrots are naturally adapted to hot, humid environments; and should therefore be perfectly capable of withstanding temperatures and humidity of a 'hot tub room'. I do however strongly recommend that you do not place the bird within the hot tub itself.
