Yes. Just yesterday while i was camping i watched two bald eagles force a seagull to land in the ocean. after this, one of the birds snatched the seagull in its talons and they flew it to their nesting area. safe to assume it was not for tea and a bisquit.

Yes, they do. I would have said no before yesterday when I turned the corner to find a bald eagle tearing at his prey. As I got closer, he flew off and I discovered it had been eating a hawk.

If shark beached and died, bald eagles might eat from the carcass, but most of the time bald eagles are predators rather than scavengers.
