As a rule no. They do visit blackberry flowers and collect pollen and nectar, and in doing so they pollinate the flowers. If they did not do this, you would not get many blackberries, and those you did get would be uneven and small.

If a bee happens to find a damaged ripe blackberry it might lick up some of the juice, but that is about as much as you might expect. Pollen and nectar is what they are after.
