I do not think so. We have a retina that can help us see much more color. Falcons can see some colors but only when they are hunting. They see their pray from the sky. In a nature show I saw that a Falcon can actually see the urine trail highlighted in bright yellow of a small animal. I know weried....
Falcons are raptors. They catch prey with their talons. They can see almost three times better than humans.
Humans can see around a million colors. There are more than 100 million colors.
All animals aren't color blind. Primates probably have very similar color vision to humans. (some) Birds and insects see more colors than humans. Cats, dogs and livestock sees fewer/weaker colors than humans

Dogs can see in low light better than humans and can also see some colors that humans cannot, such as shades of blue and yellow. Additionally, dogs have a wider field of vision and can detect motion more easily than humans.

Darker colors absorb more heat energy from sunlight than lighter colors. When the heat source, such as sunlight, is removed, darker colors also release that absorbed heat more quickly than lighter colors. This is why darker colors cool down faster than lighter colors.
There are more humans than dogs.
