Yes they do
The sun !... Ultimately all energy on Earth is supplied by the sin.
Plants need the energy from the sun to grow. The small animals, such as rabbits, eat these plants to grow. Meat eaters such as hawks, prey on these rabitts, therefore connects hawks to the sun. Because the hawks eat the rabbits, who eat plants, who use the sun... the hawks are inderrectly dependent on the sun's enegy. Even humans are in need of the sun, as vegetariands eat plants, and omnivors eat cows, who eat plants. Therfore, every living being on this plant is dependent on the suns energy in one way or another.
they get their energy from fish
The sun !... Ultimately all energy on Earth is supplied by the sin.
Hawks have more energy in a terrestrial ecosystem compared to plants because they are higher on the food chain and obtain energy by consuming other organisms, including plants. Plants generate energy through photosynthesis, while hawks derive energy from the animals they eat, making them more energy-rich.
Hawks have less energy than rabbits primarily due to their position in the food chain. As predators, hawks require a higher energy intake from their prey, which in this case are smaller animals like rabbits. However, the energy transfer between trophic levels is inefficient, typically losing about 90% of energy at each level, meaning hawks must consume multiple rabbits to sustain their energy needs. In contrast, rabbits, as herbivores, convert plant energy more directly into their own energy.
the sun's energy is called solar energy
the sun gives off energy
the suns energy is solar energy because sun means solar so solar energy is from the sun
Mice reproduce alot faster than fox and hawks, so they have a higher population.
solar
the sun is a energy source of light.
