they dont like rain and as far as i know no they dont hunt in the rain. they cannot fly if there flight feathers get wet there so heavy and there wings are not set up for it. the american great horned owl is what im speaking of natures fiercest predator with nothing above it in the food chain ( except man ) via automobiles
