Orange weaver finches are known for their impressive nest-building skills and typically construct their own nests using grasses and other materials. They are natural builders and do not require a purchased nest. Providing them with suitable nesting materials will encourage their instinct to build. However, if kept in captivity, they may also use pre-made nests if available.

Food. Water. Shelter.
To regain the trust of zebra finches, you need to spend time interacting with them calmly and consistently. Offer them treats to associate you with positive experiences and speak to them gently to build a bond of trust. Patience and regular interactions will help them feel comfortable and secure around you again.
they need to learn to live by themselves

Since it has weaver rails, all you need are Weaver scope rings. An offset mount will help too.

That will take a Weaver #12 base for both front and rear or a Weaver #2 sidemount. Weaver notes that the rifle will need to be drilled and tapped. See http://www.weaver-mounts.com/mountcharts/default.aspx
To become a Soul Weaver you need to complete the Ravenloss Quest chain which can be found with Tomix in Ravenloss. You also need to have watched the cut scenes for the war, beaten the boss and then Tomix will allow you access to find a Soul Ally which you need for him to then give you the Soul Weaver armor.
